Cedar Street part of 2023 Bubble Immerse mentor program
The most recent cohort of the .bubble Immerse program was focused on female founders - a traditionally under-represented group in tech startups. Our founder & lead developer Bernadette Murphy was one of the 8 product mentors, paired up with a founder, to help develop their product and overall skills in .bubble. According the Bernadette it was an “incredibly proud moment watching Alejandra (her mentee) demo her product at BubbleCon2023 and hopefully take that product further to market”. This is just one of the ways we love to give back to our fellow bubble developer community!
What does an Immerse mentor do?
The mentor network has both business and product mentors. Immerse Business Mentors provide coaching and guidance to founders both during and after the program.
During programming, Business Mentors can volunteer to serve as guest speakers. They will meet founders in a virtual setting, present their expertise, and answer questions during an intimate Ask Me Anything (AMA).
After the program, Business Mentors can establish relationships with founders when they become Immerse Alumni and can choose to check-in periodically to offer support. The cadence is completely up to you. Alternatively, mentors can offer formal mentorship via office hours to Immerse Alumni.
Separately, Product Mentors offer weekly technical support to current cohorts. Over the course of 8–10 weeks, Product Mentors advise founders on the best way to achieve the goals, features, and requirements outlined in the founder’s product brief and product roadmap.
